Due to the high level of interest in our kittens -- and the unpredictability of our current waitlist -- we are making a small update to our application and waitlist process.
Effective January 7th, 2026, securing a spot on the waitlist will now require a partially refundable deposit of $100. If you later find a kitten elsewhere, choose another breeder, or decide that a cat is no longer the right fit, $50 of the deposit will be refunded.
This change helps ensure that those on our waitlist are genuinely committed to welcoming a Mae Dae Maine Coon into their family. It also allows us to plan future litters by understanding how many families are truly ready and waiting.
Applications submitted without a deposit will still be considered once a litter is born, after waitlisted applicants have selected.
This Deposit will be put towards the final purchase price of your kitten(s).

How the waitlist will work:
Applicants who submit a waitlist deposit will be listed in the order the deposit is received.
A web page will display your order in the waitlist so you can always see your position.
Applicants will be contacted in chronological order once we have kittens available. If you are waiting for a specific color or gender, you can always defer to the next available litter.
